  • How do I make a rental offer on a property?

    First head to to view all our listings there. You can then press the “Make An Offer” button which will prompt you to make and verify your account.

  • Why do I need to verify my account before making a rental offer?

    We ask you to verify your account to firstly check you’re a real person behind the offer. Secondly, so that the landlord has some basic information about you to help make their decision.

  • Can I add multiple references on my Bunk Passport?

    Yes. We encourage you to add as many references as possible, this will give you a better chance of being accepted by the landlord.

  • How does our pricing work?

    Our pricing is based on 3 variables:

    1. The plan you’d like to use
    2. The number of units on the platform
    3. Are listing by room (suitable for HMO) or the entire property

    You can then choose your preferred subscription payment from month-to-month or annual. If you choose an annual plan, then payment is made in one upfront sum.

  • Do you offer any discounted plans?

    Yes, we offer 20% discount on annual plans. There is also discounting available dependant on the number of units you are listing, please contact sales for more information.

  • Which pricing plan is right for me?

    We understand that your requirements are different, and you’ll need specific features to support your different workflows.
