All of this is hard to track, difficult for team members to jump in and out of and relies on property managers noting conversations to ensure everyone has access to important information. We built our chat feature into the platform to keep a paper trail of all important conversations your property team may be having. When you need to notify multiple tenants at once, our announcements tool allows you to send out notifications to individuals, portfolios, or everyone.
